Frances Elizabeth Cisco

Frances Elizabeth Cisco, 81 of Kenova, WV passed away July 7, 2019 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born January 4, 1938 in Huntington, WV; a daughter of Herbert Regal Yates and Mary Lou Hale. Frances was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Lenzy Void Cisco. Funeral services were conducted July 15, 2019 at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with Rev. Paul Hale, officiating.
