Garnett Louise Stickler

Garnett Louise Stickler, 61, of Kenova died Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was a devoted Christian Lady and wife of William L. Stickler for twenty-five years. She was currently a member of Westmoreland Baptist Church. Mrs. Stickler was a dedicated home-maker, quilt maker, and craft artist. She was born October 12, 1945 in Kenova, WV to the late Mack D. Dickerson and Eloise Dickerson of Kenova, who survives. Other survivors include her husband William L. Stickler; one sister Elsie Kessinger of Suisun City, CA; two brothers, Homer Dickerson of Portland, TN and John �Bobby� Dickerson of Kenova, WV; three stepchildren, Michael L. Stickler, David L. Stickler, and Jennifer Lynn Maynard; one step-granddaughter Ashley Maynard; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Dickerson and Russell Dickerson. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 2, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Westmoreland Baptist Church with Pastor C.J. Adkins and Pastor Clifford Curry officiating. Burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
