Geneva Marie Sperry

Geneva Marie Sperry, 80 of Ceredo, WV passed away at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House on September 8, 2014. She was born in Portsmouth, OH on March 1, 1934; a daughter of the late Richard Franklin Denning and Sarah Neff Denning. She was preceded in death by her son Timothy Wilson and her siblings Marion Bowen and Harold Denning. Geneva leaves behind to mourn her loss her daughters Teresa Murphy (Jeff) and Dawna Koslow (Mike) and six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings Betty Whobrey, Jerry Denning and her sister-in-law Clygene Denning, her best friend Betty Heck and her beloved ex-husband Herb Sperry and many other family members. Graveside services will be conducted at Woodmere Memorial Park on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 1 PM with Pastor Scott Byard officiating with burial to follow. Visitation will be at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 11:30 to 12:30 when the procession will leave for the cemetery.
