Glenna Faye Ross Young

Glenna Faye Ross Young, 73, of Fairview, Texas, formerly of Huntington, devoted mother and grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Medical City McKinney, McKinney, Texas. Glenna was born on April 20, 1949 in Huntington, W.Va., the daughter of the late Muss and Cleo Evelyn Ross. Glenna was a graduate of Huntington High School and a long time resident of the Tri-State area until 2001 when she moved to Texas to be closer to her family. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Taylor Young. She is survived by three daughters, Rebecca Young Hengemuhle, Amy Young Dunavant and Laura Taylor Young; five grandchildren, Joseph and Jenna Hengemuhle and Kristen, Alex, and Ryan Dunavant. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Glenna's name - https://www.stjude.org/donate/. A private service will be held for the family. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
