Hazel Ilene Arthur

Hazel Ilene Arthur, 91 of Proctorville,Ohio passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center.

She was born on September 24, 1933 in Wayne, WV the daughter of the late Carson and Reba Adkins. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband Billy Ray Arthur.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March, 25, 2025 at 2:00pm at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, WV . Burial will follow at Docks Creek Cemetery

She was a retired nurse with the Woody Williams VA Medical Center and a member of Kellogg Holiness Church

She is survived by her children: David and Penny Arthur, Terry And Sandy Arthur, Mark and Wendy Arthur, Pamela Young, Carole Morton, Lisa and Artie Gilbert and Sonya and Fred "Junior" Laney, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. One sister Lavetta Riechman
