She was born on November 1, 1932 in Charleston, WV the daughter of the late Fred Madison and Hester Rebecca Shaw Means In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded by her son Paul Wesley Pierce She is survived by her sons and daughters: James Pierce Jr., Dwayne Allen Pierce, Barry Eugene Pierce, Keith Wade Pierce, Diana Lynn Pierce and Louisa Michelle Reed There will be no services at this time.
