Hazel T. Hunter

Hazel Thompson Hunter, 91, of The Villages, Florida, formerly of Kenova, WV, passed away Friday February 1, 2008, at The Villages Hospice House, The Villages, Florida. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Saturday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Rev. William Miller and Rev. Lindsey Thorp. Entombment will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. She was born July 6, 1916 in Wayne County, WV a daughter of the late Samuel and Armie Bloss Thompson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Kenova United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Hunter and her son and daughter in law Jack and Nina Hunter. Survivors include a son Keith Hunter of Plain City, Ohio and North Port, Florida; a daughter and son in law Carolyn and Paul Williams of The Villages, FL.; ten grandchildren; twenty five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and a sister in law and her husband Hazel and Ralph Reasor. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Friday at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington. Contributions may be made to the Earl and Hazel Hunter Memorial Fund at the Kenova United Methodist Church.
