Hibert Kelly

Hibert Kelley, 70, of Ceredo went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 23, 2006 in the Huntington Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Saturday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Rev. Berman Willis and Rev. Richard Black officiating. Burial will follow in the Cemetery Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Mr. Kelley was the son of the late Deal and Della Blair Kelley. He was a member of the Word of Life Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Kearns Kelley, and a very special niece, Josie Kearns who was his �Daba.� He is also survived by a brother John Kelley and a sister Patty Kelley Salyers along with a host of other relatives and friends who loved him very much. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donation to the Word of Life Baptist Church. These may be made at the funeral home.
