Our special angel, INFANT JACOB DANIEL FLETCHER, went to be with Lord on Wednesday Dec. 17, 2003. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Russell Watts. Burial will be in Moore Cemetery, Radnor, W.Va. Survivors include his parents, Daniel and Stephanie Ann Persinger Fletcher of Chesapeake, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Robert and Doris Persinger of Huntington; paternal grandparents John and Fannie Fletcher of Genoa, W.Va.; brothers, Chad Ivan Wallace of Chesapeake and Noah William Fletcher; a sister, Danielle Crystalee Fletcher; aunts and uncles, Ron and Carolyn Bevans of Milton, W.Va., Lisa and Carl Curtis Jr. of Huntington, Rick Persinger of Columbus, Ohio, John and Peggy Fletcher of Genoa, W.Va., Allen Fletcher of Radnor, Tina and Gary Marcum of Wayne, W.Va., and Marie Fletcher of Genoa, W.Va.; and a special friend, Robin Kelli Plybon.
