James Cordell Menear

James Cordell Menear, 67 of Huntington, WV passed at his residence, May 19, 2022. He was born November 18, 1954 in Huntington, WV to the late Norman F. and Corneal Coradell Gwinn Menear. James was the owner of J&S Construction and a member of Ceredo United Methodist Church. He also had many interests, astronomy, chess, he was a numismatist, gardener and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving him are two sons: James M. Menear (Jacqueline Hale) and their children: Jessica and Jax; Gregory P. Menear (Melanie) and their children: Emmaleigh, Kelsie and Benjamin and one daughter Andrea M. Menear( Evan Akers) and their child Cameron; one sister, Marinda C. Menear Pelphry. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Sunday, July 3, 2022 at the Reger Funeral Chapel; burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park.
