James F. Dotson

James F. Dotson, 75, of Huntington died Friday, March 5, 2010 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. He was born March 6, 1934 in Ceredo, WV to the late James M. Dotson and Eva Belle (Adkins) Moore. He was the widower of Frances Faye (Brumfield) Dotson. Mr. Dotson was a Truck Driver for Ashland Oil Inc. He is survived by four sons Charlie and Josie Brumfield of Newborn, GA, Rick and Lisa Brumfield of Raleigh, NC, Joshua and Shauna Panky of Huntington, and James Allen Dotson; five daughters, Vickie and Wesley House of Gainesville, GA, Donna McCoy of Huntington, Doris Spurlock of Huntington, Debbie Ball, and Vickie Dotson. Other survivors include one sister Dorla Burns of Westmoreland, 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Cliff Dotson and Curt Dotson. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Monday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Rev. James Wells officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Sunday at the funeral home
