Janet Marie Harris

Janet Marie Harris, 73 of Beckley,WV passed awayTuesday, November 22, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV.  Janet was born December 1, 1948 in Ghent, WV a daughter of the late Warren V. and Lois Marie Cooper Lovell.  She was a retired Book keeper/ Secretary.  She was also a member of Camp Creek Community Church, in Camp Creek, WV.   She was  faithful Christian, who enjoyed reading her Bible, listening to religious music and spending time with her family.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son John Vernon Adkins.  She leaves to cherish her memory,  one daughter and son-in-law, Lora L.( Howard) Smith of Burlington, NC, two grandsons: Luke (Shannon) Vandall,of Greensboro, NC, Ryan (Madison) Vandall of Harrisburg, NC; three great grandchildren: Winston Vandall, Evelyn Vandall, and Owen Vandall; one brother, Scotty (Teresa) Lovell and two sisters: Drema (Alan) Simpson, Phyllis Dailey and several nieces and nephews .  There are no services scheduled at this time.  The family would like to express their gratitude to the ICU of Cabell Huntington Hospital and The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House for the care Mrs. Harris recieved.
