Janice C. Bryant

Janice C. Bryant, 73 of Archer, FL, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, January 24, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Rev. Samuel Simmons and Rev. Homer Hensley. Burial will follow in Dock’s Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV. Janice was born October, 23, 1940 in Logan County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Algie and Anna Belle Bowen Ferguson. In addition she was preceded in death by one daughter, Carlenia Sue Bryant Knowles. She is survived by her husband Charles E. Bryant; one son Keith E. Bryant of Bell, Florida; one daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Randy Harris of Houston, Texas. Her grandchildren: Joshua Knowles, Keith Bryant II, Sarah Sweeney, Sammy Harris, Aaron Harris, Bethany Harris, Katelyn Bryant, Kortney Bryant, Michell Bryant, Melissa Bryant and Daniel Bryant also survive her as well four great-grandchildren: Dianna Bryant, Isabella Bryant, Kyler Bryant and J.W. Knowles. She also has two brothers: Allen Ferguson, Al Ferguson; two sisters: Dru Shrewsbury, Lucy Simmons and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Reger Funeral Home.
