Janice Hazel Bradshaw

Janice Hazel Bradshaw, 83, a devoted Christian and virtuous child of God went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday November 13, 2023. She passed away surrounded by her beloved family at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

She was born January 7, 1940, in Wayne, WV the daughter of the late Luther “Oris” & Leah “Fern” Leep. She was a homemaker who loved bowling, spending time with family, sharing the Gospel and singing gospel music. She was a longtime member of Living Water Free Methodist Church. Janice was a loving and devoted wife, sister, mother, mammaw and great mammaw.

She was proceeded in death by her treasured husband of 64 years, Leslie Glen Bradshaw, her two baby girls Kathy Darlene and Debra Sue Bradshaw, her brother Ivan Wandle Leep, sisters Charlotte Crockett, Virginia Jordan, Reba Smith, Eva Simmons, and Barbara Perry.

She is survived by her daughter, Diana (Shayne) Brunson, and her son, Leslie (Kim) Bradshaw Jr. Her four grandchildren Bridget (Keith) Griffith, Shayne (Inggom) Brunson Jr, Camron Bradshaw, and Angie Rice. Also, six great grandchildren Shaelyn & Kayne Trent, Logan Griffith, Shafitri Brunson, Aishina and Neils Shaffer. Three sisters Alice Blankenship, Jo Anne “Joey” (Randy) Adkins, Andrea (Roland) Hitt, a brother Paul (Dorothy) Leep. and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. A special thanks to her devoted caregivers at Country Companion Care (CCC).

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Sunday at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Wayne, WV. Friends may call from 1pm until service time on Sunday at the Reger Funeral Home. Condolences may be made to the family at www.regerfh.com.
