Jeffrey Lynn Maynard, 51, of Huntington, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital, Charleston, WV. Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Centenary Cemetery, Chesapeake, OH. Burial will follow. Jeffrey was born on July 14, 1965 in Dayton, OH to the late Thomas Edward Maynard and Carol Ann Elmore. He was a contractor. He is survived by one daughter Keri Halliburton; one son Kasey (Leilani) Maynard; four brothers, Brian Keith (Barbara) Maynard, Ricky Lee Maynard, Chad (Tiffany) Basenback, Bobby (Clarissa) Williamson; two grandson, Justin Caleb Walters, Devon Joseph Miller; two sisters Greta Basenback (Henry) Withrow, Juanita Basenback Slawter; and several nieces and nephews.
