Jesse Lee Kennedy

Jesse Lee Kennedy, 84, of Huntington, W. Va., passed away Monday, December 9, 2013, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born May 21, 1929 in Huntington, W. Va. a son of the late Robert Marshall Kennedy and Hannah Burns Reynolds. He was a maintenance man for the Coal Exchange Building for the Polan Realty Company. He was a former employee of the City of Huntington. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Kay Kirkpatrick Kennedy, two sons and daughters-in-law John Bruce and Regina Kay Kennedy of Huntington and David Scott and Shellie Clark of South Charleston, W. Va., a daughter and son-in-law Karen Ann and John Edward Armstead of South Point, Ohio, seven grandchildren and a spouse Andrew Lee and Amanda Nicole Kennedy, Katie Renee Armstead, Elizabeth Belle Kennedy, Jonathan Edward Armstead, Jacob Kennedy, Joseph Clark and Melanie Clark and three great grandchildren Addison Mac Kennedy, Charles Allen Hinchman and Autumn Marie Kennedy. Private funeral services will be held at a later date. Contributions may be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington.
