Jessie Virginia Napier, 79, of Kenova, WV, loving mother went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 2, 2012 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Dr. Tim Yates. Burial will follow at Docks Creek Cemetery She was a homemaker Jessie was born on February 11, 1933 in Iaeger, WV the daughter of the late Edgar and Edna Chambers Adkins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Johnnie M. Napier Jr., one grandchild; John E. Napier Jr. and a son in law: Alex James Payne. She is survived by her son and daughter in law: John and Becky Napier, daughter: Sherry L. Payne, three grandchildren and spouses: Jamie L. and Rus Bayne, Jessica A. and Michael Owens and Jonathan Todd and Jenni Napier, five great grandchildren: Alyvia, Adelyn, Alijah and Adrian Owens and Donnie Ray Bayne III.
