Jimmie Lou Whitley

Jimmie Lou Whitley, 90, of Huntington, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Caring Hands, Huntington, WV. Funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the St. Joseph Catholic Church by Father Dean Borgmeyer. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Jimmie was retired from the Keith Albee Theater and worked as a volunteer after her retirement with HELP for Animals. Jimmie was born on October 2, 1922 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late Fred Zane and Dove Rader Cyrus. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st husband; Albert Sickinger and 2nd husband Max Whitley. She is survived by her daughter; Barbara Ann Hickey, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a special friend Gail Adkins Friends may call from 6-8 pm Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at the Reger Funeral Home.
