JUANITA EPLING, 92, of Kenova, died peacefully at her home Friday, August 17, 2012. After years of wanting to go home, she has taken that last trip and is now running, playing and singing with those she loved so much. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Epling; three daughters, Helen "Joy" Thompson, Eloise Pruitt and Sandra Frasher. She is survived by two sons, Raymond and Sharon Epling, and Nathan "Eugene" and Amy Epling; four daughters, Doris Epling, Mary Weaver, Violet Sparks and Viola Epling; one special daughter, Margaret Meeks; and one special son, Allen Adkins. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank some special people that has been a tremendous help: her caregiver, Rhonda Ratcliff, and two Cabell Huntington Hospital home health nurses, Mary Jane and Barb. Services will be held on Monday, August 20, 2012, with visitation from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and funeral services immediately after at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home. Elder Joshua Sparks will be officiating. She will be laid to rest at Crescent Hill Cemetery in Ceredo.
