She was born on November 2, 1951 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late Matlan and Geneva James Waugh. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter and son in law: Savannah and Warren McComas, her very special granddaughter: Rosalind McComas, brother and sister: Gary Waugh and Alice Bupp. Several nieces and nephews.
