Karen Kircher Grieco

Karen K. Grieco, 73, originally of South Jersey, passed on Monday April 23, 2018 in Huntington, WV. Karen was the daughter of the late William Kircher & Cecelia Kircher (nee Cassidy). Having graduated from Douglass College with a degree in teaching, Karen selflessly and graciously chose to pour her time and love into her three children before resuming her career thirty years later. Karen will always be remembered for her spirit, strength, intelligence, confidence and joy, never failing to embrace the challenges of life and always ready to accompany those experiencing them. Her encouragement and wisdom continues to inspire and empower those fortunate enough to have known her. The only sorrow or sadness we may express is for those who did not have the opportunity to meet her, and thus, were not able to share in her remarkable zest for life, nor experience the gift of her love. Karen is survived by her three children, Kate Grieco (Los Angeles, CA), Steven and Brian Grieco (Huntington, WV), her sister Cecelia Healey (Merritt Island, FL), and her niece and nephew, Kathleen and Michael Healey. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to call from 6pm – 8pm, Monday, April 30, at Reger Funeral Home. Visitation is also be available an hour before her Funeral Liturgy, to be celebrated at 11 am, Tuesday, May 1, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church conducted by Msgr. Dean Borgmeyer and Fr.
