Katherine Steele

Katherine Steele, 88, of Ceredo went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 12, 2009 following a lengthy illness. Katherine was a former resident of Ceredo Manor. Graveside Services will be held at 11am Friday at the Dock�s Creek Cemetery in Kenova with Rev. Rabun Haddock officiating. Katherine was born February 13, 1921 in Catlettsburg, KY the daughter of Taze and Isabelle VanHoose Rickman. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Ernest Arthur Steele. She is survived by a daughter, Janet Johnson and husband Bill, of Chesapeake, VA and two sons, Claude Arthur Steel and wife Linda, of Huntington and Taze Steel and wife Becky, of Huntington, along with seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
