Lenna Avis Hatfield

Lenna Avis Hatfield, 77, of Huntington, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at St. Marys Medical Center. She was a loving mother who loved her church and her family with all her heart Funeral service will be on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the Tucker Memorial Baptist Church with Pastors Chadd Hatfield and Tim Webb. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park. She was born on December 14, 1933 in Cabell County WV the daughter of the late Chauncey and Charlene Dial Scarberry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son: William Michael Hatfield, a brother and sister; Charles Scarberry and Jean Scarberry. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Robert Hatfield On son; Richard Hatfield, a daughter; Teresa Smoot, three granddaughters and spouse: Jennifer Gill and April Smoot of Huntington and Rachelle and Jason Hair of Louisville, KY, Five great grandchildren: Andrew, Emily and Olivia Gill and Pressley and Baylor Hair of Louisville, KY One sister Nancy Mallory and a special sister in law; Nancy Scarberry Friends may call from 6-9 pm Saturday at the Reger Funeral Home.
