Louvonna Jean Williamson

Louvonna Jean ?Jeanie? Williamson, 61, of Huntington, WV went home to be with the Lord on February 14, 2005 with her family by her side. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday at the Reger Funeral Chapel in Huntington by Pastor Roger Smith. Entombment will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park.. Jeanie was born October 22 1943 in Cabell County daughter of Richard Hatton and the late Bette Hatton. She was very active in the community and a strong supporter of Marshall University Football including membership in the Sideliners Club. She will long be remembered for her endless volunteering, her love for her family and giving spirit. ?Nana? loved her grandchildren with all her heart and enjoyed spending time with each of them. She was the ultimate mother from our first breath until she took her last. She was preceded in death by her mother Betty Hatton, her sister Shelia McCormick and a very special sister in law Virginia Pritchard. She is survived by her loving and supportive husband of 43 years Glen, four children and their spouses: Kevin and Angie Williamson, Michael and Melissa Williamson, Dana and Dawna Williamson, and Angie and Dr. David Whitmore. Eleven grandchildren: Taylor and Zachary Williamson, Tyler and Aden Williamson, Casey, Chandler and Alexis Delauder, Austin Ryan Williamson, Nickolas, Travis and Laney Whitmore. Her father Richard Hatton, two brothers Terry Hatton, Roger Cornwell and a host of family and friends. Friends may call from 6-8 pm Thursday at the Reger Funeral Home.
