Lowell Russell Pruitt

Lowell Russell Pruitt, 90, of Wayne, WV, widower of Joanne Pruitt, died Monday, October 2, 2023 at Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Monday at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. He was born January 5, 1933, in Wayne, WV, a son of the late Earl and Norma Pruitt.  In addition to his wife and parents he was also preceded in death by a son Lowell David Pruitt; brothers Howard, Paul, Carl, Marvin and Dexter and a sister Doris Pruitt Adkins. Survivors include Daughter in Law and her husband Karen Pruitt and Robert Adams; granddaughter Erin (Jason) Mace; three great grandchildren; sister in law Marie (Kenneth) Hughes of Pataskala, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.
