Mamie Alice Songer

Mamie Alice Songer, 63 of Kenova, WV passed away at Cabell Huntington Hospital on August 11, 2014. She was born in Carter County, KY; a daughter of the late Phyllis Schoolcraft Harbert. She was a retired Wayne County, WV School Teacher. She leaves behind to mourn her loss her brother Charles Andrew Harbert of Kensington, MD. Mamie requested her final disposition to be cremation, so there will not be a funeral service. The Interment service will be at Dock�s Creek Cemetery on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 3 PM. There will be no procession to the cemetery. Celebration of Life service will be on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 6 PM at the First Independent Missionary Baptist Church at 848 13th Street, Kenova, WV 25530 with Pastor Scott Byard.
