Marian Lodema Clark

Marian Lodema (Cassity) Clark, 78, of Ashland, KY died Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at Hospice House of Ashland. She was born June 18, 1929 in Morgan County, KY a daughter to the late Ted E. and Elizabeth M. (McGuire) Cassity. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years William �Bill� Clark, a sister Vona E. Perry, and a brother and sister-in-law Lloyd and Hazel Cassity. Mrs. Clark was a member of Pollard Baptist Church in Ashland. She is survived by her children; Steve and Jeri Clark of Lexington and Linda and Mark Curnutte of Ashland. Mrs. Clark also leaves behind two grandchildren; Amy and Brandon Rucker of Rush, KY and Drew Curnutte of Lexington; and a great-grandson Braden Rucker. Other survivors include a brother-in-law Ernie C. Perry of Russell, KY along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm Saturday at the Pollard Baptist Church with Rev. Todd Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Ashland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9pm Friday at the Preston Family Funeral Home and after 11am Saturday at the Church. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donation to the Pollard Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home.
