Mark Alan Mccullough

Mark Alan McCullough, 63, of Huntington, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019 at his residence. Mark was born on August 2, 1956 in Huntington, WV to the late Lyle Dean and Marion Elizabeth Swann McCullough I. Mark was a geologist having graduated with a masters degree from Marshall University. Mark was an explorer, a fossil hunter, environmentalist, and an avid gear head. He authored a geologic journal and helped map the stratigraphy of West Virginia. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother "Dean" Lyle Dean McCullough II. He is survived by his wife Donna Gale Cremeans McCullough; son, Sean Carl McCullough; a brother, Dennis Earl McCullough; and nephew Lyle Dean McCullough III.
