Marsha Adkins Rogers

Marsha Adkins Rogers, 71, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Wednesday September 23, 2015, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Monday at the White Chapel Mausoleum, White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, by David Trevathan of the Rome Church of Christ. Burial will follow. She was born June 8, 1944 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Wendell Brice and Judith Scott Adkins. She was a member of the 26th St. Church of Christ and an avid Washington Redskins fan. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, William Ford Rogers; daughter and son in law Judith and Chris Johnson of Huntington; sister and brother in law Sherry Adkins Pyle and David Pyle of Chapin, SC; nephew and niece Jeremy Pyle (Amanda) and Amanda Torres (Rob) all of Chapin, SC; cousins Robert E. Scott (Sheran) of St. Augustine, Fla and Oreta Shaddock (Tom) of Thoixbaeu, Louisiana. Friends may call from 1 pm until service time on Monday at the White Chapel Mausoleum.
