Martha Lenora Sias

Martha Lenora Sias, 80, of Kenova, WV, wife of Denver L. Sias, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Monday, October 14, 2024 by Pastor Keith Watters and Pastor Chuck Lawrence at the Reger Funeral Home, Ceredo-Kenova Chapel.  Entombment will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova.  She was born July 27, 1944 in Meador, WV, a daughter of the late Lewis and Mary Alice Noe Steele.  Martha was a former school bus driver in the New Jersey School System and a member of Christ Temple Church.  However, her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was a terrific cook and loved flowers and gardening.  Martha also liked to read and listen to the "Oldies."  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter Lenora Sias; sister Nancy Slaughter and brother Lewis H. Steele.  Additional survivors include her children Denver C. and Jelena Sias, Mary and Jeff Marcum and Christopher L. Sias; grandchildren Tyler C. Kipp, Amanda M. Sias, Denver L. Sias, Alexander C. Sias and Ryan M. Sias and two sisters Betty Dascoli of Camden, NJ and Carolyn Chafin of Matewan, WV. and a host of nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from 11 am until service time on Monday at the Reger Funeral Home, Ceredo-Kenova Chapel.  Condolences may be made at www.regerfh.com.
