Martha Rose Simms

Martha Rose Reedy Simms passed away at a local nursing home on May 12, 2017 in Fairhope, Alabama. Rose lived 92 years as a wonderful, loving, Christian person. A smile and a kind word always on her lips. Rose was a beloved member of the Madison Avenue Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She was preceded in death by her parents James M. Reedy, Sr. and Blanch B. Reedy and her brother James M. Reedy, Jr. Rose leaves behind a nephew James M. Reedy and a niece Lynn L. Reedy. Graveside services will be conducted at 10 am Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington by Pastor Jerry Matt. Burial will follow.
