Mary Ann Wellman

Mary Ann Wellman, 56 of Huntington, WV passed away February 5, 2019. She was born May 25, 1962 in Welch, WV; a daughter of Lawrence Carl Copley and Ethel Hatfield. She was preceded in death by her parents; her dear husband, Elzie Elburn Wellman; her sister, Ruth Bartholomew and her husband, Bill; and her brothers-in-law, Eugene Thomas and Eugene Bullock. Mary is survived by her children, Tracy Nichole Kitts and Michael Devin Kline (Alyssa Sowards) and Michele Wilson; and her siblings: Shirley Allen (Orville), Jean Glinski (Jim), Sue Thomas, Betty Bullock, Juanita Hill (Jack), Bob Copley (Cassie), Larry Copley (Andrea), Ricky Copley (Karen), Danny Copley (Vonda) and Debbie Toler (Roger). Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, a very special nephew, Dakota Johnson, and other relatives and friends. Mary was a member of the Open Word Ministries in South Point, OH where they fondly called her "Mission Mary". She had a giving heart and spent her life giving to others; she collected donations for the Huntington City Mission and she also donated to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 1 P.M. at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with visitation one-hour prior to services.
