Mary Ann Myers 91, died peacefully in her sleep April 11, 2018. She was born March 17, 1927 in Huntington WV. She lived her latter decades in Tucson, AZ. Mary Ann was married to Conway Eddins for 33 years and to Webster Myers for 10 years, both of whom predeceased her. She is survived by her children, Corky Eddins (Georgie) of Vienna, VA, Jody Eddins (Linda) of Huntington, WV, and Julia Black (Robbie) of Portsmouth, OH and also her 8 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren, who live in seven states and in Ireland. Mary Ann enjoyed cooking, gardening, travel, classical music and church activities, but above all, good times with family and friends! A Service of Celebration will be held at First United Methodist Church (Huntington, WV) on May 1, 2018, at 1:00pm. There will be a reception immediately following the service in the Church Social Hall. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate gifts to Five Talents, which helps the world’s poorest women start their own businesses (www.FiveTalents.org or PO Box 331, Vienna, VA 22183), or to Asbury Woods, where in 1990 Mary Ann and Web helped fund the building of the Myers Learning Center (Asbury Woods UMC Camp, c/o Western District Office, PO Box 516, Barboursville, WV 25504).
