Mayme Merdella White

Mayme Merdella Sperry White, 88 of Huntington, WV went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Heritage Center in Huntington, WV. She was born November 5, 1929 in Lincoln County, WV. She was the daughter of the Rev. John Sperry and Nancy Bellomy Sperry. Mayme was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Garland Roger White; her daughter, Rebecca S. White; her son, David A. White; and by her 3 brothers and 6 sisters. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her many friends at Kenova United Methodist Church. She worked at Corbins Ltd. in Westmoreland, WV. She will always be remembered for being the caring mother she was to her children. Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2018 with Rev. Keith Leap officiating, and Syd Hanson singing, at the Abbey of Remembrance at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. A sincere thank you is expressed to all who cared for her at Heritage Center.
