Meredith Emily Dale

Our precious Meredith Emily Dale went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 31, 2018. She was born October 14, 1982, in Huntington. She graduated from St. Joseph Catholic High School in 2001 and attended Marshall University, where, like her mother and maternal grandmother, she was a member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority. Meredith was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Agnes Holley Blankenship. She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Holley Dale; her sister, Olivia (Bill) Friary of Huntington, W.Va.; two beloved nieces, Maggie and Lucy Friary; her maternal grandfather, Herman Blankenship; her paternal grandparents, Harold and Frances Dale, her aunt, Terry Booth; her cousins Brittany Booth and children Taliyah and Braeden and Danielle (Tracey) West and children Ella, Emma and Holden; and her adored dog, LuLu. Meredith also loved her wonderful friends Mary Harris, Shellie Workman, Kelli Ferguson, Sara Hall, and Danielle Turley-Clark. Meredith’s family wants to remind everyone to take their health seriously. Don’t worry about the financial costs, because your life is worth more than material things.
