Michael Eugene Langham

Michael Eugene Langham passed away March 9, 2022, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born January 5, 1944, the eldest child of the late Chet and Olive Langham. Michael is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ida Mae (Lambert); two sons, Michael Lee Langham and Patrick Eugene Langham; one daughter, Susan Lynn Langham; his grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Patty Wiley and Gloria Chapman; several nieces; and nephews and his furry grandchildren: Baby, Candie, Khan and Frankie. In addition to his parents Michael was preceded in death by his daughter and son-in law (Enola Gay and Mark Eugene Adkins) and one brother, Gary Dale Langham. Michael was a life member of the NRA; loved collecting guns and hunting; he was an excellent cook; possessed a wonderful singing voice; a big fan of John Wayne and he knew nearly everything about World War II. The family would like to thank his niece, Annette Bailey, who has been very helpful to the family throughout the years; St. Mary’s: Home Health (especially his nurse of nearly nine years, Shilo); the nurses and doctors in CV ICU and the Patient Accounts staff. There will be a graveside service for the family only. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
