Mildred Karen Joseph

Mildred "Milly" Karen Joseph, 49 of Morehead City, NC, formerly of Kenova, WV passed away on April 4, 2017 at her home. She was born on September 8, 1967 in Huntington, WV; a daughter of Mont L. Stepp and Rita Gail (Bowens) Stepp. She was a nurse at the NC State Correctional Facility. Milly was preceded in death by her sister, Ladonna Faye Stepp. She leaves behind her parents and her daughter, Miranda Lea Joseph. Graveside service for Milly will be conducted on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington, WV with Pastor Chris Day officiating.
