MRS. MILDRED RICKETT, 92, of Huntington, W.Va., widow of Joe Rickett, died Sunday, December 7, 2003, at the home of her daughter, Fay R. Moore. Graveside services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery, Kenova, W.Va., by Minister Don Wright. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. Mrs. Rickett was born October 30, 1911, in Tennessee. She was retired from the Maidenform Manufacturing Center in Huntington. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Kelly Roach. In addition to her daughter, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Linda Ricketts of Montgomery, Texas; a sister and brother-in-law, Anna and Arthur Piper of Morgantown, W.Va.; three granddaughters, Jan Ricketts of Montgomery, Texas, Rebecca Ronk and Rae Ann Johnson of Huntington; a grandson, Michael Piper of Cincinnati, Ohio; great-granddaughters, Amy Frye, Jamie Saxton and Rachael Johnson; a great-grandson, Anthony Piper; great-great-granddaughter, Katey Roach; and great-great-grandsons, Kasey Roach, Kaleb Frye, Jakob Frye and Jonathan Saxton. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Home. The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Hospice of Huntington.
