Mr. Darrell Allen Fischer

Darrell A. Fischer, 60, of Huntington, W. Va., passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Jody Fortner. Burial will be in the Ward Cemetery, Huntington. He was born March 19, 1952 in Huntington a son of Virginia Fischer of Huntington and the late Boyd Fischer. He was an employee of the City of Huntington. He attended Sunshine Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Wilson and Wanda Huff and a special uncle John Lawhorn. In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife of 39 years Vickie Fischer, a son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Sarah Fischer of Columbia, Tenn., a daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Greg Cremeans of Huntington, four grandchildren Addison Cremeans and Baby Cremeans and Braden and Zoey Fischer , brothers and sisters and spouses included Wendall and Alice Fischer of Proctorville Ohio, Larry and Sandy Fischer of South Point Ohio Danny and Claudia Fischer of Ceredo W. Va., Virena Elkins, Bill and Carol Fischer, Tim and Karen Fischer and Regina Fischer all of Huntington , a special aunt, Aunt Tressie Lawhorn and several nieces and nephews.
