Mr. James Kevin Mccoy

James Kevin McCoy, formerly known as Kevin Looney, 51, of Kenova, passed away Sunday April 8, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Rev. Paul Ray Farley. Burial will follow in Mayo Cemetery, Wayne County, WV. He was born May 5, 1960, a son of James Vestal Looney of Kenova, WV and Loraine Scott Looney of South Point, Ohio. He was the owner and operator of J and J Convenient Mart in Catlettsburg, KY. James was also a member of the National Guard Reserves. In addition to his parents he is survived by his daughter Jill Looney of Bridgeport, WV; Meryle Looney of Kenova; brother Greg Looney of Huntington; two sisters Pamela Looney of South Point and Jamie Dolen of Ironton, Ohio. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at the Reger Funeral Home. The Veterans Honor Guard of American Legion Post 16 of Huntington will conduct military graveside rites.
