Mrs. Bernice Layne

Bernice Layne, 91, of South Point, Ohio, formerly of Huntington died June 8th 2015 at home. She was born March 20, 1924 in Weeksbury, KY. To the late Virginia and Burt Blankenship. Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday June 11th, 2015 at 1:00pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor John Holland. Burial will follow at Spring Valley Memory Gardens. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Burton Layne Jr., sisters: Geraldine Mosely and Laura Pursutto and a brother William Blankenship. Survivors include a son Randy Layne and Patrica Chapman, grandson: Jason(Gina) Layne, granddaughter: Jody(George) Boggs, sister;Norita(Jack) Cutter, five great grandsons; Justin, Trenton, Austin, Brayden, Andrew and one great granddaughter: Alyson.
