Myrtle Mae Herford

Myrtle Herford, 70, of Ceredo, WV passed away on Tuesday April 8, 2008 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents; William and Jessie Mae Erwin. She is survived by four children; Debbie, Diane, Tina, and David, and her special canine companion, Tyson. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ceredo. Funeral services will be held on Friday April 11, 2008 at 12 noon at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney Hale officiating. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Huntington, WV. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Canine Companions for Independence, 4989 State Route 37 East, Delaware, OH 43015.
