Myrtle Maxine Romine

Myrtle Maxine Romine, 85 of Proctorville, Ohio, passed from this life on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.  Myrtle was born May 9, 1939 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Thomas W. and Averill Marie Craft Combs.   She was also preceded in death by her husband Manford Eugene Romine, two brothers, Thomas W. Combs, Jr., and Kenneth Ray Combs, and two sisters Juanita M. Smith and Lois M. Brumfield.  Those who survive her include two daughters Kimberly Lynn (Kenneth) Stover of Huntington, WV; Ella Dean Morrow of Eaton, Ohio; three grandchildren: Jordan Lee Morrow, Anna Rushell Stover and Tharon Eugene Stover; five great-grandchildren; Harrison Grant Green, Addison Claire Morrow, Lexie Emerson Morrow, Mackenzie Kay Morrow and Armani Caldwell. Myrtle is also survived by two sisters, Janet Lou Filie, Charlotte Kay Brumfield and three cousins, Carol June Ramey, Sandra Smith and Adonis Caldwell as well as special neighbors and friends, Tracy and Butch Burris.  Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. There will be no services.
