Nicole Sue Alt-Fortner

Nicole Sue Alt-Fortner, 37 of Huntington, WV went home to be with her Lord on May 11, 2016. She was born on August 1, 1978 in Dixon, IL; a daughter of James Arthur Alt and Charlotte Jean Meyer. She was preceded in death by her father. Nicole is survived by her mother; her husband, Matthew Ray Fortner; her children: Johnathan Hughes, Leigha West and Katelynn West and her siblings, Christine Webb (Michael), Rindi Alt and Daniel Alt (Jo). The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral services for Nicole will be conducted at 12 Noon, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor John Holland officiating. Burial will follow at Bowen Cemetery. 16-033
