Norma June Bloss

Norma June Bloss, 76, of Lavalette, WV, departed this world to be with the Lord, September 5, 2011 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Funeral services 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Greg Wells. Burial will follow in Bloss Cemetery, Lavalette. She was born March 19, 1935 in Kanawha County , WV a daughter of the late William O. and Oma Maynard Comer. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, William E. Comer, Charles Cecil Comer, James Vincent Comer, Francis Lee Comer, Roy Thomas Comer, and Robert Eugene Comer. She was a retired nurse / office manager and also a member of Trinity Chapel Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years , Vollie A. Bloss; sisters, Marilyn Jarvis of Dunbar, WV, Margaret and Jim Lambert of Huntington, WV and one brother, Clarence Comer of Woodlands, TX, as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Reger Funeral Home.
