Paul Artrip

Paul Artrip, 44 of Kenova, WV passed away at his home on July 6, 2015 with his loving family by his side. He was born on August 13, 1970 in Cabell County, WV. Funeral services for Paul will be conducted on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at noon at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Brother John McSweeney officiating with visitation one hour prior; burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. He was the son of Charles Bernard Artrip, Sr. and Carolyn Sue (Christian) Artrip. Paul was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn and his grandfather, Paul Christian. He leaves behind to mourn his loss, his wife of 22 years, Kimberlie Ann (Stanaford) Artrip; his sons Charles Lee Artrip (Chelsea) and Travis Eugene Artrip; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ayannah and one on the way that will be named, Wyatt Paul Artrip. Also surviving are his father, Charles Bernard Artrip, Sr., his brother, Charles B. Artrip Jr. (Boe) and his grandmother, Hester Christian; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Paul was a member of 20th Street Baptist Church and a former member of the Kenova Volunteer Fire Department. He fought cancer since 2007 and his family calls him their �Fighter� and their �Hero�. There will be an evening visitation on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. on July 8, 2015 at the funeral home.
