Paul B. Watts, 86 of Kenova, W.Va. passed away on March 10, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2015 at Philadelphia United Baptist Church, Lavalette, W.Va. with Elder Don Napier, Elder Glen K. Williamson and Elder Ray Williamson officiating. Burial will be in Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne, W.Va. He was born on December 27, 1928 in Genoa, WV; a son of the late Charley Watts Sr. and Verna Wallace Watts. He was preceded in death by his wife Inas Lynette (Riffle) Watts and an infant daughter, Verena Paulette Watts and one brother, Charley Watts Jr. Paul�s name is on a cornerstone of the church and he was a Deacon of the Philadelphia United Baptist Church in Lavalette, W.Va; a Kentucky Colonel, and a member of the Tri-State Antique Car Club. Survivors include twin sons, Garry Eugene Watts of Huntington, W.Va. and Larry Charles Watts of Kenova, W.Va.; his daughter Lynda Jane Ackert of Lakewood, Colo.; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Heck Watts of Huntington, W.Va., a son-in-law, Gary A. Ackert of Lakewood, Colo.; a brother Golden Fred Watts of Delaware, OH.; seven grandchildren, Garry II, Brian, Eric, Jennifer, Larry Joe, Amy and Tyler; and eight great-grandchildren, Abigail, Emilee, Landon, Zack, Evan, Brody , Haley Jo and Paige and all his other beloved church family. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Crematorium, Ceredo, W.Va., and after noon on Monday at the church.
