Paul John Christian

Paul J. Christian � 84 of Huntington passed away on October 27, 2012 at his home. He was born on January 11, 1928 in Sagle, WV to the late John & Margaret (Hysell) Christian. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Carolyn Artrip and Joann Bell; a grandson Gary Lee Birchfield and a granddaughter Kelli Marie Gladeau; sisters Eloise Sansom and Lois Meade and a brother Bobby Clyde Christian. Mr. Christian proudly served his country in the Army during WW II. He leaves behind his loving wife of 63 years, Hester (Watts) Christian. Additional survivors include sons Homer Christian and Michael Christian and Larry Christian all of Huntington; Daughters Marlene Lawless (Robert) of Ironton, OH and Janet Rowe (Doug) of Wayne, WV. Also surviving are, sons-in-law Charles Artrip Sr. of Kenova and A.B. Bell of Huntington; 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be from 6 to 9 PM Monday, October 29, 2012 at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral will be on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Brother Braxton Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at Dock�s Creek Cemetery.
