Paul Van Verth

Paul Franklin Van Verth, 86, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Paramount Senior Living Facility.

Funeral Liturgy will be conducted on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Huntington, WV by Monsignor Dean Borgmeyer. Rite of Committal will follow at Springhill Cemetery, Huntington, WV.

He was born on September 14, 1937 in Huntington, WV, the son of the late john Leo and Teresa Ackerman Van Verth.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Helyen Springer Van Verth.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son and daughter in law, John and Amy Van Verth of Mason, Ohio; daughter and son in law, Catherine and Tim Sayre of Ravenswood, WV;  three grandchildren,  William and Allison Van Verth and Michael Sayre.

He was an accountant with Western Pocahontas Properties, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Friends may call from 3-5 pm Sunday at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington.
