Peggy Jane Bailey

Peggy Jane Bailey, 60 of Huntington, WV passed away on February 29, 2016. She was born on January 27, 1956 in Huntington, WV; a daughter of James Andrew Kelley and Mary Effie Smith Kelley. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Brenda Carol Caldwell. Peggy leaves behind to mourn her loss her 3 sons, William Grimm, James Franklin Bailey and Addison Bailey and her 2 grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings: James Andrew Kelley (Donna), Tommie Lee Kelley (Bonnie), Patricia Sirop, Sherry Kearns, Joyce Howard and Danny Kelley. Funeral services for Peggy will be conducted on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Chris Day officiating with visitation one hour prior at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
